1. Shipping Market and Service
HILLIFYD currently ships only within the United States (including all 50 states and US territories). We offer one simple shipping method for all orders.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend beyond 3 business days. We will notify you via email if we expect a significant delay.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

- Delivery estimates are based on fulfillment and carrier delivery times and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery can take longer in remote areas or during holiday periods.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
5. Taxes
No customs, duties, or special taxes are applied beyond applicable state sales tax.
6. Shipping Damages and Lost Packages
HILLIFYD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We may assist you with providing information needed for the claim.
- Lost Items: If tracking shows your item was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier immediately.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. Delivery Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been submitted. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
