Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at HILLIFYD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.


Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods (if applicable).
  • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., certain personal massagers, underwear, used grooming items).
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


2. Initiation of a Return

To start a return, please contact us at https://hillifyd.store/pages/contact with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For Defective/Damaged Products: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), HILLIFYD will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For Customer Remorse: If the return is due to customer remorse (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
